Ignition question/concern!!!!

I am bringing my CLS into Acura tomorrow to get the brakes redone under the the Warrenty Service Bulletin for brake pedal pulastion. So I am getting brand new pads and resurfaced rotors for free. Good deal huh!!!!

But my question is my car seems to crank a little more than normal on startup lately. It chugs for about 2-3 seconds and then turns on. But my moms Audi A8 and even my sisters Grand Am crank on immidiatly upon ignition.

Do your cars take this long to ignite too? Should I have it checked out? Could it be bad plugs? Or is this totally all in my head. Just asking b/c I am bringing it in tomorrow and I could nail two birds with one stone.

Mention that to your dealer as well. There was something in the earlier models. Sometimes when mine is hot, it will turn a couple of times. If your concerned, bring it up to your Service Rep. Most important, don't panic, ENJOY the ride....

What do you mean there was a problem with earlier models? What was the problem?

It seems it needs 2-3 sec to start when cold... It seems normal to me.. 10-15 min is not!
