Hell No!
I wouldn't even keep my CL if was involved in a fender bender. Im weird about that stuff
I knew a kid in HS that was speeding and crashed his car and died. The insurance company fixed his car and gave it back to his parents. Still to this day the car sits at the end of their road cause they refuse to sell it to anyone.

dam even though i buy salvage cars and fix them but i LAWAYS STAY AWAY from WATER DAMAGE AND FIRE DAMAGE. those can really make you lose money most of the times because of all the wireing and electronics and what not. SO the answer is NO don't fix it.

No. It's a lost cause. Not worth it at all. I say try to part out what you can and sell the rest as scrap metal. Might make a bit off of that. I would assume that it would cost a lot more than 8k to fix the car as well.
