I wanna get a 2nd car..... 99 ES300 or Scion Xa
I am just loooking for a 2nd car to drive to school........ since i am putting too many miles into my CL......... I am looking for a car around 15k........ the choices are the scion xa and the 98 lexus ES300 with aorund like 60k on it........ so wat do you guys think?? ES300 or Scion Xa???

Would it really be cheaper to get a second car????? Dropping 15 grand + insurance... cars aren’t investments

The previous gen ES is a good choice. From what i've heard they hold up pretty well.

Neither. I would get a used MR2 or a Miata and use that as a daily beater. Might as well have some fun with it IMO. Besides, who cares about racking up miles...is your CL a lease?

Get the Scion, read about the guy who thought his 2.2 would be faster.

I found a 96 legend for sale, 6k today..
