I thought the trannies that where replaced after 2005 where fine!!

OK my tranny guy called me up to show me some problems with acura's work..
They kinked part #13 when replacing the 2nd transmission, this is a metal tube and not easy to kink it seems like they layed the tranny on it or something cuz even with plyers you could not kink it back. They deff saw it was kinked you could not miss it!
Then instead of swaping the tranny filter cuz it had prob 99K and was filthy they prob used the old one part#10.. My guy rebuilding said he is 99% sure they used the same filter cuz it was completly clogged and there is no way that with only 68K miles it would look like that even if i never changed the fluid which i did 3X! So when the filter got clogged from the other 2 tranny grinding into peices it was unable to catch any new crap which went into tube #13 which was kinked and that clogged up resticted fluid flow to the rest of the tranny..
