I think new tranny and ecu are detuned...heres why(for those that had replacements)

If Acura has detuned your engine by replacing with a different ECU, you have very strong case to sue Acura. Acura specified gross 260HP and promised that to you, the buyer. If Acura replaced a new ECU that deliver less than promised, you can take it to the State Attorney for them to prosecute
To a lesser degree, if they just reprogrammed the tranny, and you are not happy with the performance, you can push for refund or a similar replacement of your old tranny. You do have options
