I must admit...got my ass handed to me by a Mazda
So, the usual street racing on 19th Ave. I see a RX-7 TurboII...I think it was the special edition with the white and blue paint job. He started revving and backfiring...we launch and he gets a bad start...so, I beat him through 2nd,though he did catch up....and then we hit the light..Again, he gets a REALLY good launch...hardly any wheelspin...and I'm still at the light peeling out... 
I tried to catch up...but he smoked me good. BTW, I did have a fat friend in my car...and normal one...so, that was close to 400 extra lbs....
But that's not an excuse.....he handed my ass to me on a stick.
FYI, He did say that he runs 13.5s in the quarter. Amd he was surprised as hell that I sorta kept up with him...
Now about that Comptech SC....

I love those last gen RX7's...the thing is, they're rarer than NSX's over here I've probably seen a total of only 3 in my lifetime...

Is there really that much action on 19th? I rarely get a chance to race on 19th, what time was it? And isn't there a shit load of cops there?
Was the TurboII beat up? A guy I know from HS has one, I swear he wrecks his car more than 5 times in a year. He's an idiot, thinking he's the fastest one on the road. But he has only exhaust and intake last time I saw him though. Those cars are fast mildly modified, but with just I/E, I could keep up with that guy with my TL.

They are NOT the 928 look a likes! I used to have one fully race prepped with a cage. It was REAL fast! Turbonetics turbo, Ported motor, Racing beat, HKS, etc... Easily low 12 high 11 sec car.

thiose mazda's will fucking leave skid marks all over your ass. the 3rd gen are beautiful! the second gen are not my cup of tea but they are no joke. they kinda remind me of those old looking supra's.

Are you testing me??? I just stated that I raced one...is their any harm in that?? 13 sec 1/4s are fast...but that isn't stock...I just wanted to see what he could do. And are you trying to say something to me about whom I should and shouldn't race?
