They will dyno test the exhaust to get the best perf. I'm pretty sure they wouldnt make an exhaust that loses torque/hp.

Just what I heard, but did you know those resonators have a use?? The guys at Comptech were saying that Honda engineers actually design these systems in mind for a number of reasons. They were saying that resonators actually help mid-range torque. I have heard this from the Miata guys too...that if you remove the resonators on the intake pipe...you actually lose a lot of mid-range torque. Just a thought...

hehehe.....if you can show a hp gain...you'll show the hp gain, even if you lose a significant amount of torque at low ends....just like the age old adage...."horsepower sells"

Hey moomaster,
How do you like the VR-4 Gallant? I had one and am still looking to get it back. 12sec quarter's with a few little upgrade's. The ultimate sleeper. I had #1208. I kept the key chain when I sold it. Mine was triple black but I mostly see white one's or the GSR's in white, never a VR-4. I did once see a green one in Florida.
Cool car.

Just talked Don in R&D. He said he has no plans for our car yet. Also he doesnt need a car to do it on but if it should come up he would give me a call.
I told him it would be nice if someone with a creditable and high standard background, like Borla, would give Comptech some competition. Right now they have a monopoly.

I have pics of the car but no stereo yet. I ordered this system last Dec. and still have yet to see a piece of it. I do have the template and box made. I also have most the wiring done. Manufacturer's make me wait till there is a surplus of product before they start shipping my orders. I know one guy at Tweeters that just got his house system. 3 years after he ordered it. But the discounts are worth it.

That kind of sucks. By the time you get it, it could be a year. IMO the 1 year you could of had the system would be worth the extra cash.

Could be but not with the way the stock market is lately. Besides I got everything including cables/wire for $900. The Utopia's are not included in that price. They ran me $790 from my friend at Luchioni@aol.com He will beat any price on the internet for anybody if you email him where you saw it at.
I just sent you an email too Spiro

They decided to not do it. I called them several times, and I had no luck.
