I was in Ferrari heven last night
Last night at 3am on the way home from a club, my friend calls me to tell me i need to get downtown and see whats parked on Main St. . so i go down there only to see 2 Ferrari 360 Modena's. A red one and Black Spider parked on the street. This is the first time ive got to see this car in person so i was happy we walked over and looked at them, one had regular Ohio plates, and the other had a FL temp tag in the window...after about 15min of standing there in a puddle of drool!! 4 guys walk up and get in them. The one driving the Black Spider i knew looked familier so i thought about it and then it hit me that it was Corry Dillion of the Bengals. I assume the other 3 guys were all NFL players as well. Well after a small crowd came, they pulled out, the red one just went to WOT and made a huge burnout untill the first light. It was incredible, the sound of that engine is unreal!!!, the the Black on did the same thing...and you could hear the car for almost 5min in the distance. THen a few minutes later, they both came around the black pulled up side by side at a light. I was like oh shit....the light turned green the both hammered it and took off....once again the sound was incredible and i was about to have a heart attack, i could belive i was watching 2 360's race through downtown. They went up the street for awhile and then i lost sight of them, but you could hear them for a long time after that. I got home about 5am and all i could hear was that exhaust note!!!

I posted the following Canadian Ferrari experience in the Murcielago thread (this time I am leaving out the canadian JOKE):
Last week i was in Montreal and when I was walking around i saw a new red 575M Maranello. I was crossing the street at the cross walk and he was at the light...I was so close!!!! Then I saw him again driving that afternoon. The next evening, I went out to dinner and unless somebody else has a 575M, there he was parked in front of the restaurant. A couple cars down was a red F355 and a block down a red 360 Modena! I was like WTF!!?!?!
Couple days later i went to quebec city and at my hotel was another red f355 (I am not sure if it was the same as that night in montreal). Well I saw that F355 at least 5 times driving around quebec throughout my stay there (i assume it was the same one)
Damn, canadians love red ferraris!

Autoweek reviewed the new Enzo Ferrari this past issue. 660 hp; 485 lb ft torque; and styling that's "a bit over the tip" from Pininfarina according to Luca deMontezemlo. Black on Black in LA is advertising one for $1M. I'd love to see one of those!

I live in a pretty small city 150-250k people and the funny thing is I see more $150k+ on the streets here than I do when I'm in Houston.
The owner of the popular gym in our city Rhet Lorell <SP?>, former Mr Universe or something like that, has a thing for expensive exotics and over the last 10-15 years has owned a Countach, Diablo, Testarossa and that Maranello car as well. (I'm assuming that's the only Ferrari with a hood scoop like that)
I've also seen 1 or 2 of the Modena's as well. I just can't believe people have the balls to drive something like that around on the streets! I almost get a wreck everytime I see one because I'm too busy drooling over it.

Try the green beast, the new Lambo... I still remember the sound of the Lambo Contash back when I was 6 years old sometime in the summer of 1974!.... Life time experience

well i dont see many cars like that around here. But this week ive seen a vector, Diablo, severl bentleys, and about 5 hummer H2's. at the local Dave and Busters they have a crusie in every week and its draws about 300 cars and lots of bikes. Everything from civics and that rice crowd, to Hummers, Lambo's, Vipers and NSX's. The guy that owns the Diablo is one of the people behind it, he owns 30 cars, says he is getting the new F60. And i couldnt belive i was watching 2 Modena's race, i thought it was a dream.
