This has happened to me twice now, in a few weeks. I'll be driving along, and see a much nicer car almost break their neck to look at mine.

First Experience: I was driving towards an intersection, and made a left turn, at the stoplight to my left was a red E46 M3. As I turn past him both him and his passenger stare at my car. I was like "Is this guy on crack?".

However, today it happened again....

Today: I was again making a left turn, and in the lane to my left sits a black MB SL500. I make my turn and am gawking at the SL, and to my surpise the older gentleman inside is staring at my car too!



Now I have to wonder, is my car just unique to the point that they are like 'What the hell is that?' or what?

Nah, windows were up, and you can't see through that tint.

I get that look from kids in civic's and rsx's, but you'd expect that. Not often that I catch someone with a nicer car checking mine out.

Guy at work who has a couple of MBZs (suv and sedan) always compliments my cls tho'

Usually those types of people stare at cars like us (if lowered, rims, stickers, spoilers, exhaust etc.) and wonder WHY ON EARTH DO WE MOD OUR CARS??!!

i get compliments all the time now even seen some guys take pics with their camera phones at some stoplights.
