I feel like I'm getting Screwed!!

What's up everyone, I feel like Acura is bending me over and giving me a new Ass-----le for my CL-S. First of, I've had my rotors cut Three times.. I have 26K on my car, go figure, and the dealer have failed to replace my rotors... it seems as though on every oil change I have a problem. I've take my car in for tranny problems twice and finally got it replace the 2nd time... I have water leaking in my car during a car wash or heavy rain due to a poor seal job on my windshield, that took two trips to the dealer for them to fix the probelm... What is wrong with these Acuras, I've had my car for 13 months and I've been in the dealership 9 times for warranty repair... what 's up with that s@#$T? Can anyone feel me on this? Thank you, I would appreciate it!!

My understanding is that it's not proper to gtind the rotors more than once. Did they charge you? There is now a service bulletin for the brakes. Get the number of the TSB number which was recently posted by someone on this board and give them hell! New rotors and pads!

louisn, you can resurface the rotors as many times as the thickness allows, as long as they are above minimum thickness they are fine, sometimes you only have to shave off a small amout, most pulsation is only felt when runout is over .004

yeah i know, i hear ya bro, rotors used to be higher quality years ago, not that long like the late 80's early 90's, but at least they cover them under warranty, do you live in a hilly area, you can try downshifting to help prevent it - not that were helping acuras warranty expense, but it might save you some inconvienent trips in for service, i would think that the next time they would probably be changed. hard to say though, i don't know how much has been machines off so far but i would think they are getting close to min thickness after 3 times

What's the comptech drop in? You mean the K&N drop-in?
I think you've set the record for rotor grinds, and I don't recall
anyone else on here having that windshield problem.

even though you had a few problems, it sounds like it might have been better if they fixed the trans and windshield on the first trip instead of bringing back a second time

hang in there, sometimes cars just suck! - i've got a CLK320 in the shop right now (its apples and oranges but its an example) that according to all diagnositics and breakout box tests is doing some weird things, and engineering doesn't know what to tell us! the tech working on it has 27 years into the business, and was one of 6 techs in the country to score high enough on his master test to get to go to germany (he's really good) and he is just shaking his head - luckily the car has been left at the dealership its been there 3 weeks, we'll find it, but i don't remember a car being this stubborn before - at this point is trial and error on electronics

I appreciate all the response from this thread... No I don't live in a hilly area and I just drive my car normally, you know 75-80mph yeah that's above speed limit, but who drives 65mph?I think I just have a case of bad luck... I'm going to try and see if any of these inconvenience would allow me to get out of the lease early without penalty... by any chance, does anyone here have the customer service 800#? thanks everyone. oh by the way the comptech drop-in is just like the K&N filter only made by comptech

TSB=technical service bulletin--According to a recent post, acura issued a new one on the CL brakes. Call your dealership and ask-If the dealer doesn't know, the number of the bulletin was recently posted-good luck! and the TSB for rotors is......
A lot of people have been asking for the TSB for rotors and pads. So I checked my invoice for when I had mine replaced under warranty and it says

REPLACED FRONT BRAKE ROTORS AND PADS TSB 01-017-410101-045-B02/1.4
