Just an FYI, I'm not sure if anyone else has talked with Borla about a dual cat back exaust but I emailed them about an inquiry on the 3.2 CL Type S.

If they make an exuast for the VW Beetle, they should be making one for our cars. The Borla Exaust systems usually increase HP 7-10% I think that would be a nice improvement.

Anyways, I will post some info when I get it.

I'd be very surprised if you got more than 2% since our exhaust isn't very restrictive, but thanks for checking!!

I have thought about improving the exhaust system, however, the CL does not have a true dual exhaust system. Therefore, any improvement on the existing layout will not yield significant gain in hp. To me, a true dual exhaust system should have dual exhaust pipes after the headers and preferably dual cat converters. With this system, we would have more hp to begin with and any mod should yield better hp gain than the system we have now, which limits the amount of gain regardless what you do with it.
