Unhappy I don't know what happen to my car!!!!

Hi..guys..
I have 01 cls which has on 37k miliage.
Yesterday, I have chance that saw my car behind from my friend's car
in higway. I saw my car has slightly banked on the right side.
I mean the left-rear side suspension is a little higher than the right-rear one.
The height between the muffler and ground also has a little difference.
I don't think it's a suspension problem. And I got an accident( it's was a
just collision)in last september. Other person's car which coming out from
coin parking lot in the side of load hits my left rear body and slided the wheels and rear bumper. Does anybody have an idea of this one??

....and now in English

I have an 01 CL-S which has 37k miles. Yesterday, I had the chance to see the back of my car from a friends car on the highway. I saw that my car is slightly banked on the right side. Also, the height between the mufflers and the ground is slightly different. I don't think its a suspension problem. I got into an accident last September. The other persons car hit my left rear quarter panel, wheels, and rear bumper. Can anyone help?

Any chance they replaced any of the suspension components on the left side? Spring, shock, etc? Check the repair order and see what was fixed.

both my cars have been like that. my guess is that the springs on the driver's side is wearing faster since it carries more weight more often.
