A friend told me he read about this hyper voltage system in Sport campact car and said they neet 5 whp. This product seems to be like an super Grounding system. i have this on my car. Don't know if its worth $120 bucks but the throttle response is actually a bit better. I don't know about adding 5whp though.

well they advertise better throttle response and thats definitely there. I don't know about anything else. 5 hp is hard to really notice by just feeling . I think the only way to tell is to get a dyno before and after you install the voltage system. Each car has different gains though.

 

Sounds like a MOD to me.
