HU Not Working- Need Help

Hey guys,
I am fixing to hardwire my iPod to my 01 CL-S so upon searching the forum i found the tutorial on the icelink installation. To make a long story short, I took apart my center console and the coin holder so that I could take off the coin holder in order to make room for the iPod. After putting everything back together, I tried to turn my HU on but nothing was doing. The HU is not responding to anything, although the climate control is responding. I checked and rechecked the wiring to see if anything was loose or disconnected but I see nothing. Does anyone know what the problem could be or know a possible solution? Thanks in advance for your time.

Walt

If you're really sure of your wiring, I'd start looking at fuses next.

I don't have an Ice Link but I have a Blitzsafe for my XM tuner. I love that thing. Also, if you want to get the best thing for your iPod in the CL, get the Blitzsafe that's made for it instead of the Ice Link. It plugs right into the back of the factory HU and iPod. It also charges the iPod. I helped stawoo install her's a few months ago. It was really easy and it sounded great. Oh, did I mention it also charges the iPod?

I didn't get the icelink. I went to hifi buys and got an auxiliary input, which will arrive in a couple of weeks. after i get that, i am going to run a car charger from the middle armrest compartment to the coin tray near the seat heaters. then, i am going to put a universal dock in there, then buy an apple remote, which will allow me to control it with a remote, charge it, and have quality sound. I can post picks of the installation if anyone wants.

Here's a dumb question... How much do you think all of that will cost you?
