Hows this exhuast on a Cl type-s

I was checkin out bigmans car and another cl on this forum, they have magnaflow exhausts on their rides.

So i checked on ebay and i found these freakin cheap as hell

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2447400341

should i get it or save 600 bucks for comptech which is impossible for a 16 year old w/o a job, and whos parents wont let him get a job, b/c of hard ass classes

There's a pick of a CL with that exact exhaust floating around. I'd still go for the Comptech however. Winter's here so wait until after all the snow in SoCal melts. By Spring/Summer you might have enough.

they look blah, and when dealing with car parts, u usually get what you pay for... so i would advise against it and save up for the CT's or whatever fits ur needs

if all your worried about is sound, magnaflows are imho your best bet. my buddies v6 stang has magnaflow's race series and it sounds like he has a gt. but as far as performance, you won't be seeing very much as far as gains go with ANY exhaust setup. unless you are FI.

Also note these aren't bolt-ons like the Comptechs- welding will be needed.
