Is that price diesel?

Can't be gas. That would be the highest in the country.

I just don't pay attention any longer. When I need gas I fill up. Whatever it cost it cost. Filled up the CLS Sunday night, on E 14.x gallons was $49

You want insane! 37 gallon gas tank in the Suburban, a complete fill up last time I did it was $108.

I limit my driving, & mooch rides from friends when I can.

Damn I'm glad I've been working from home for the last year and a half. I only put gas in the CL about once every 3-4 weeks. The Acura just stays in the shade until the weekend!

The price of gas is what pushed me to buy another car. My previous daily was a 94 Landcruiser. 12mpg highway is good.

I was using regular and filled up yesterday for the first time at 3.45 per gallon premium but I drive alot so it is more than made up by the 25mpg mixed I hope to see in the CL Ss, plus the CL is way more fun to drive.

No offense, but the CL-S is a rare car and a nice car, but its not really an expensive car anymore.

Its not like people are driving around in a porsche 911 and complaining about putting premium in. Many of the people on this site probably didnt pay over 10-14k for their cars, me for one, and thats in budget car range, hence not everyone in here is big pimpin when it comes to money.

Yeah filling up my CL is nothing ($50 weekly) compared to my truck ($90). So give or take the filling up the CL is a bargain

Exactly. The 27 gallon tank in my Landcruiser is 70+ for regular.

In answer to the thread title, I just did my first MPG check 1/2 tank 17.9 50% freeway/street some high speed sprints on the freeway and a few trips to wot.

Seeing as the best tank I have had in three years was 14 100% freeway in my LandCruiser This is great.

Just filled up for $1.29/Litre for 91 octane. I remember when I used to pay in the 70 cent/Litre range for 91 octane! With the increase in prices, the increase in fuel economy from some of the mods like headers makes them even more justifyable. lol
