I know its not a big deal but how do u think a sliver comptech windsheild decal would look on a o1 silver cls?

depends on whats in your car. if you have comptech everything, including supercharger, then maybe. still be kinda rice. if you've just got H/I/E don't do it.
I would say don't do it anyway, but the only way its somewhat justified is with the SC

I'd put on the "supercharged by comptech" sticker that's on the CT CL-S under the 3.2 cl-s badge, but that's about it.

If its a large banner that is gonna cover the entire windshield i'd say 
A small to medium size one wouldn't be to bad however. Usually people put it on the rear windshield.

Do it without all major Comptech items and you should be banned and flogged. And even with all items you should at least be banned. 
I have the Supercharger, Springs and Sway all from Comptech and not a single sticker they supplied has made its way onto my car. I have one on my tool box but that is tradition and stays in my garage.
