How to remove front dash panel (for V1 install)
I found a great place for the V1 remote display. Tucked under the dash visor, just above the "key" symbol in the right side gauge cluster.
I don't have a digicam, so here is a drawing:

The remote is where the "+" is. I put some sticky putty on the top of the remote and stuck it just under the dash visor.
I just now need to hide the cable. Since the center air vent is right there, I could snake it through, but it looks solid and no place to get it behind the dash.
If I could pop out the dash panel a bit, I could snake it through that way.
How easy is the main dash panel to remove. More importantly, how easy is it to put back together??
Thanks!

Looks like once I get the front cover off I can easily run the wire the way I want to.
I can go through the vent, and between where the vent outlet meets up with the dash cover.
The question is, how does the front cover come off? There are 2 top screws, is that it and just pulls to the front? Are there any sneaky plastic tabs that will go snap when I do this?
thanks!
