how to remove decals?

How do you remove the decals on the ass of the car . The ACURA and shit.

One of the letters came off and the dealer put it back on with some black tar looking stuff. How would you best remove it and what is the best to use to put them back on ?

i don't know about re-adhering, but to remove the sticky adhesive residue buy some citrus mineral oil from target or walmart. it's basically adhesive remover. they should be in the auto section. apply a moderate amount on the residue and let it sit for 10 minutes and slowly buff it out. it should come off pretty easy and will not harm the paint.
