how much oil do i have to put

im gonna do my 1st oil change on my 01 cl-s....how many quarts of oil is required.... 4.7???

i think i read 4.6 (including filter) 4.25 (not including filter) in the manual

i just buy the 5 quart jug and pour it all...it couldnt hurt it, i did that on my accord for 5 years and no probs

It is in the owner manual... It is 4.5ish w/filter for my 03 CLS 6spd.

I just did mine. 4.5 w/ filter. I would not suggest 5 quarts.

don't use a full five quarts. 4.5 -4.75, depending on what you are using to measure (w/ filter)
