how much have you spent on your car so far, i tallied everything up, even all this little shit from shift knobs and pedals, it added up BIG. 8,320$....and the sad part is i'm still doing more. For 40G(price of car plus work) i could've bought a used z06. and i saved about 1500 on the installs by doing it myself. Then i ask myself why i never have money for food working 9 hours a day....just wondering about everyone else.

i had 5000 into my system that hit 145.8db
i took most of it out becuase i couldn't beat a stock neon
too much to add up but i'm guessing 13,000 and i'm not even close to being done

edit: just added it up and parts without labor comes to 9691 or so
and total is about 14191

 

damn.. I have a tally sheet that totals up my car...

in 1998, my CL cost me $32,600 w/ tax, title and registration...

since 1998, I have added $36,000 worth of mods from performance, asthetics and ICE....


My lil 98 CL has a gross value of just over $68,000.... with another $5,000 going into it in the next 6 months...

too bad I'll never see that money!!!
