Not until the stock clutch fails which hopefully won’t be for another 100,000 plus miles.
ONE THOUSAND bucks for parts and another 6-7 hundred for labor….. NO THANKS !!!

I'm very happy with the current clutch. The current aftermarket clutch is not dual mass - I wonder if the ride or clutch engagement would be a little bit harsher.
But it doesn't matter, by the time I am ready to replace the clutch I'm sure there will be several options.

if i get the S/C i'd consider it, but then again don't know how the clutch performs yet. no ones installed it cuz it hasn't been released. so it's hard to make any guesses yet.

It depends. It would be the last mod I would do.
rims/tires
ice box
suspension (wait until tein makes a unit for the CLS)
headers
flywheel/clutch

The current tein kit has been adapted from the Accord. Blkmjx said you can get springs which are supposed to be for the CLS but ericL said tein is developing a kit will with include the EDFC. I'd rather wait and get that.

I found out that TEIN is developing a new Upper Pillar Mount that will fit the EDFC so that it can i guess be installed with the TEIN Kit. I've emailed them again asking them if the new mount will allow us to modify camber settings so i'm waiting to hear back from them on that.
However, they have already told me that the new Upper Pillar Mount will be sold separetly from the TEIN SS kit.
I'm going ahead with the TEIN SS install for now, and upgrade my suspension to house the EDFC with the new Pillar Mount in the summer which is when they told me they plan on releasing it.
The thread that i started is located here...

downshifts are actually worse than upshifts, because when you downshift, you are pushing weight of the car on the tranny, and also because the car is at a higher mph it'll make it rev a hell of a lot higher as you already know.
repeatedly doing hard downshifts can cause a lot of damage to your clutch, tranny and engine.
