How long are Comptech Headers good for???

Guys, this may sound stupid, but as stated " How long are the comptech headers good for"????

Ex: If you bought the comptech headers brand new and installed on your car at 5k miles, and say you had them on your car for say 7 years, 80k miles......My question is will the Comptech headers hold up? I know that Comptech is of High Quality stainless steel workmanship, I would only want the best, but will they start to crack??? over the years of all season driving (snow,salt,rain,etc..) Even if cracks are shown, will Comptech replace the headers??? Just a thought guys!!!!!!

Also has any one ever powdercoated the headers for added protection??? Will the headers get to hot for the powdercoat?

Thanks

I'd have no worries with Comptech for the lifetime that I'd own the car.

I wouldn't think it would be a problem since the OEM parts don't go bad.

exactly

since headers are not mechanical moving parts i dont see them going bad at all

now getting into an accident frontal or rear could possibly mess up the headers but im willing to bet the headers will last longer than the car itself. in a sense everything on cl should break before the headers break!

I am sure they are designed to handle the stress of heating up/cooling down over the years. I wouldn't worry about it.

For the price they charge they better be made to last.
