Hi All,

thank you for replying for the previous post... of buying a 2001 acura CL -s...but before can any one tell me ..after I buy it can I take it to Acura dealer and ask them to check whether my trans needs to be changed or do I wait till it gives me some problem.....

You have to wait until it gives you problems. Some dealers won't replace it until it craps out on you. Also, the tranny replacement is not a recall, it's a warranty extension. The oil jet kit is a recall though.

Just give them your vin# and they will find out if yours was affected.
