how mechanically incline are you? it's pretty straight foward. out with the old in with the new. it's just a pain in the ass to take off. with the right tools it shouldn't be bad-if you like working on cars. some bolts are on there really tight so you'll need to be fairly strong or very innovative to loosen those rusted on bolts. replace the bolts and gasket from xs. there are several threads about xs that will tell you everthing you ever wanted to know about these headers. if you get stuck the search and read through the threads. good luck.

Hardest parts are the stock bolts by the cat. Those are usually rusted tight. If your not afraid to try and have the sockets and wrenches go for it.

It is VERY important that you have the right tools. Air tools and an oxy acetylene torch made my life a lot easier when i installed them. Also, i was pretty picky about fitment so i ended up machining the flanges flat and i had to cut and reweld the downpipe to get a perfect fit.
