how does the car feel when the actuator is dead??

how does the car feel when the actuator is dead??

anybody know.. i think my car s having some problems,, but i cant tell exactly what s wrong tho..

just feels slower and ya might notice a lack of change in sound at high rpm.


you can just check it pretty easily.... open your hood, have someone rev your car to just over 4k i think....


focus your attention to right behind the engine, between the engine and the cabin.


if you see an actuator, a good size metal piece, or anything for that matter move at that point (4000 rpm) its working.

you will hear a click as well.
