how do you launch a CL correctly?

how do you launch a CL correctly?

ummm, When i raced gold Type S, we went off the line a couple times. The first two times I brake torqued it @2000rpms. I beat him pretty good and he also has headers, but there are always more varibles than that. After i told him what i did, he tried it... We were then head to head more or less. So, brake torquing= you win!

My technique:

Brake Torque to 2000 rpm as Type S Smokes All suggested. Use D1->D2-D3 instead of D3 or D4 only. As you launch, modulate the gas pedal and brake pedal to minimize will spin while holding revs. This technique allows me to launch with mild wheel spin while preventing the car to shift from 1->2 automatically.
