Top right tube shaped like a backwards"L"

I've pulled and pulled? Do I just pull more? PITA

Suggestions?

 

Are you talking about that hose that was disconnected when you took off the stock intake? If so, you don't disconnect it from the engine, just stick it on the AEM CAI. It will line up perfect once you connect the tube into the throttle body.

 

Is there a reason why there is a space between your CAI and the Manifold? Please tell me you aren't trying to remove the "red tube that is a backwards L" you need that

There should be a metal clamp. Tkae some plier and pull it up further. Then grab the tube near the end and pull but dont just pull on it. Wiggle it and coax it off. Its like a chinese finger puzzle. The harder you pull the itghter the tube will get.

 

Use a flathead screwdriver and try to get under it and push up. thats how I got it off mine. but why are you trying to take it off? it doesnt look connected in the pic

 

Sorry those are Chod's pictures. I resorted to the screwdriver method, it worked, needed a little muscle but it worked.
