how do you clean the intake manifold on a blown car while running?

how do you clean the intake manifold on a blown car while running?
i dont think i want to spray any cleaner through the throttle body directly into the blower so whats the best way to do it?

if you don't care to use a spray cleaner via tb only thing left is a gas additive to keep fuel lines, tb, fuel inj. etc. clean!

Why would you want or need to clean out the intake manifold. It stays pretty clean.
