1st... and most critical... there needs to be a need for additional mods.

2nd... you have to get in line

When we select mods on this board it is a collective vote between myself.. the mega moderators... and the moderators of whatever forum is being considered for increased moderation.

Ways to get a thumbs up if your being considered for a moderator rely mostly on your history on the forum... things such as...
.Time registered
.How fast you typically respond to topics in a useful manner
.How useful your topics are
.And making us like you
