Nevermind!
I found a way..actually, a friend pointed it out to me tonite.
If you look at the area where the HIDs are located, you'll see a rotating 3 teeth screw...all you do is stick a philips head screwdriver and twist...make sure it's vertical with the teeths and it'll lower/raise the HID lights!
