I think that's and Oettinger kit.

They make the sweetest stuff for VW's and Audi's!!!!

I know it's just me, but once there's a kit on the car (especially if it's been debadged), I always have a hard time telling if it's a VW or and AUDI

It's an A4, no wait, it's a Passat.. no....wait....... j/k Looks pretty sweet.. nice and clean too (seems like usually with a kit like that a car would be covered in decals )

i have to disagree :P

the oettinger kit is much more aggressive....
besides, i don't like that shovel effect on the bottom
of the kerscher kit.
