I remember years ago parts were basically manufactured to order (don't know if thats still the case today)- won't matter, parts are still ridiculous expensive. The body parts bolt on and off with pop rivets (so I'm not worried about replacing the parts)....getting the red paint right shouldn't be hard, I'm just a bit concerned about duplicating the stripes- they are painted. I'm not that familiar with how it will be handled.

A cop can put down that someone was out of control at the scene on the report, don't know about insurance.....but yelling at a scene is "never" good (cops do not like it one bit)- cops hate doing accident police reports, they take forever and don't want to be doing it to begin with and with people being stupid and loud just annoys them even more.

The cop yelled at her once while she was in her boyfriend's car, she rolled down the window and called me a fucking A-hole. The cop got out of the car and bitched her out.

I hope her insurance isn't Travelers Indemnity. Some stupid bitch crossed center yellow and hit me head on last October. I just got my car back the other week (which i promptly traded in for a new cls). I had to get an lawyer because they said that I should have avoided her! Like I can avoid a car that abruptly crosses center yellow and hits me head on!!!! I've already had to pay $5,000 out of my pocket for rental, chiro, and other medical expences. Almost as if i got rear ended too.... I hope to sue the hell out of those bastards. I just hope you have better luck than me.

All the losers that have shady insurance love to sue for one reason or another (guy who hit me years ago sued me)- he had a non current assigned risk insurance policy....you think that was easy to deal with.

This bitch's insurance policy is from Geico, again...she didn't have a current card with her- but at least its Geico, they are a known outfit.

Sorry to hear about your ride, must suck. BTW do not let your ins co subrigate her ins co: meaning, your carrier may want to let you go ahead and fix your car, they pay for it and then sue her. This is never a good idea since you may end up paying for it through a premium increase. I would report the accident with your carrie4r, then contact her carrier and arrange to get your ride fixed. Thet will probably try to bs you with aftermarket (mexican) parts saying that is the provisions of her policy. Do not fall for that crap.
