High Beam Bulbs?

I noticed some people are replacing their high beam bulbs. Could you please give me your opinions on yours and how you like them?

Thanks,
Jarod

The one's we switched to are closer matching to the HID's, however, I think the OEM are brighter, but certainly yellowish.....eeeeeeyuuuuuuu.....run a search on the much discussed topic's !

I have the box in my hand. I AM TALKING ABOUT THE HIGH BEAMS ! NOT THE SO-CALLED FOG LIGHTS.....SOLARIS Ultra White. Run a search and you find the number for them !

I agree with Fabvsix. I replaced mine with Solaris as well. They are a closer match to the Xenon's but I also believe the stocks are brighter. I think it has something to do with color temp though. I'm sure the bulb is brighter but it just doesn't look it.

I have the PIAA Platinum Super White 9005 high beam bulbs. They DO NOT match the HID low beams. They are brighter than stock though. Auto bulb depot sells the Catz Galaxy White bulbs that are supposed to be an exact match to the HIDs with a 4300K color temperature. They are also rated at 130W. I don't have them and I don't think anyone on the board does either.
