high beam adjustment?

high beam adjustment?

is there anyway to adjust only the high beams? my highbeams are like none existant when i use them. i do notice some light in the trees above though..

i think thats how it is with all cl's. the HIDs (low beams) are quite powerful so the high beams don't need to do much
