You'd have to put in completely seperate units. The 3.2CL road light houseing has a problem handleing the 18W bulbs some of us have installed in place of the 5W ones.

You should come out to the meet tommorow... We're gonan be in ur neck of the woods! Tommorow @ the Mercado (Microcenter side of the lot).. 11:30.

PIAA sells HID kits, but I replaced the roadlamps with PIAA 1700X's. Now I just need to work on a casing to shield the CAI from potential water.

TypeSgirl:I would advise against HID lighting in the stock housings. The housings were never designed for it an will not stand up tp the heat generated by HID lighting. If you go to the TL site and do a search you will find posts on an install we did for a customer of ours with an aftermarket HID fog/driving lights. The kit was very nice and the light provided by the HID equipment was stunning.I have seen the stock "road lamps" begin to melt with some of the more powerful replacement bulbs out there that fit into the connector for the bulb.Jens
