HID light out

Has anyone had any issues with the HID bulbs going out after 4 years?? My bulb is out and now the highbeam light

is on on my dash. The dealership said it could be the HID bulb or converter....
Anyone with a similar situation???

wait... you HIDs blew out? AND you highbeam indicator is on on the dash?

Seems like a bad/shorted wire.

edit: HIDs should outlast the life of the car.

I just had my right headlight go out, turned out to be a bad inverter.

My right lowbeam is out too. Does anyone know how to test if it is the bulb itself, or the inverter/converter unit?
