HID fog lights

Hi guys,

has any of you tried to put HID kit into the OEM fog lites? I have a 03 CL-S, thinking of getting a 02 OEM fog lense with HID kit.

Any thoughts?

Nothing fits, so anything you do will look after market. We have even investigated putting in TL fog lights but they don't fit. 'Fraid we're stuck with "road" lights.

I have hid's on my grill...definately not stock looking but I don't mind looking different than the other cls, plus they're sweet and the light output is incredible

I mounted a set of Hella micro de xenon foglights just medial to the road lamps. They are low profile and actual look pretty good. I tapped the power from the battery since they willl draw a sizeable current on start up. The relay to the OEM switch taps into the parking light.
