I just bought a pair of nike running shoes =)

Funny you should post this --
I was just telling a friend of mine a high school story of mine from a physics class experience. My physics teacher had an old Pontiac Fiero -- remember those?? And not the upgraded one w/ the better engine -- the entry level one. So this car wasn't terribly fast, but it was a manual and did get a decent launch. He took us out to the school parking lot (our physics class) around 7th period (last one of the day) and asked the fastest guy in the class (a c.c. runner) to race him, and my teacher swore that this kid would beat the fiero off-the-line EVERY time. And it was true -- a human has one of the best accelerations to his top speed of any bipedal animal! The Fiero caught up to the running kid after about 70 feet or so -- but he still called it a kill!

thats pretty cool, id be scared the teacher would swerve and kill my ass however. Why dont teachers do l33t stuff like that anymore? Anyway, nice kill!
