Hey six speeders!

you ever notice the small cylinder welded to the lower arm of the clutch pedal? this is the first stick i have ever owned, is this normal? i just figured it is some kind of weighted stabilizer or something. Anyone know for sure? just wondering!
my mugen pedals will arrive on tuesday! then my S2000 aluminum and leather shift knob on wednesday! i will be sure to post pics!

The only "cylinder" shaped items there should be the cluth pedal position sensor and clutch interlock switch, but neither is welded on ...? unless you mean the stopper on the floor board to keep you from depressing it through the floor

No, its just a black cylinder about an inch and a half long. not connected to anything. I'll shoot pics as soon as i get my new pedals.

how much are those mugen pedals? I wanted to get some just don't want to spend a fortune on something as trivial as pedals.

Way too much! I could only find them on one website that had online ordering. options auto salon. ive seen them for as low as $140. and i read somewhere that ValueTL was selling them for $120. But i could not get a hold of him. inlinefour.com has them, but for some reason they are not taking credit card orders at this time. I had to have the mugens because they replace the stock rubber instead of just covering it.
