Help!!! Scratched Navi
FKKKKKKKK :'( . I just saw that my Navi is SCRATCHED
. Is there anyway to replace the plastic cover or use something that buffs scratches out of plastic. It is deep enough that u can catch it with ur nail.

it is but you have to hackthe navi completely apart, its just a plastic piece you can replace it no problem, i have done it many times b4 its pretty labor intensive tho but if it saves you 600 you cant complain..

Are there any cons to using that method. Shit I will try just about anything. But I can't see white paste filling a sctrach. All I see it doing is making that white scratch more prevalent.

Don't waste your time with toothpaste. It will only get out minor microhazing. I'm talking minor minor stuff. Nothing is gonna get it out if you can feel it with your fingernail. Look to replace the face or buy a new screen. Sorry, but I figure I'd save you the time and effort.

Get a little 600 Grit sandpaper, then Scratch-X, then 3M SMR for light colored cars (I guess) then some PPCL and some AIO and 3 coats of Sealant Glaze. Your choice to use a nice topper or not.
Then, replace the face or buy a new screen. NSX is right, if you can feel it, its done for.
