i know i'm TL driver but i need help. my car has 27000miles on it and on sunday my car wouldn't start and after about an hour i finally started but i sounded too weak. i just want to know would i still have warranty on my car which has 27000ml and about 2 1/2yrs on it. if it doesn't where and wat kinda battery should i get. please help don't be a TL hater. we're still same family.

 

hey man we are all friendly on this board just because you drive a tl does not mean we are going to bash you!

take your car to the dealership and have them check it out. it could be your alternator or you might have a dead battery???

if its your alternator then it will be covered under warranty if its the battery just buy a new one (Die hard)!!!!!!!!!!

Most battery warranties are "pro-rated" and by the time you knock off the years of use - its easier and more comforting to get a new battery. Pick a brand you've heard of and buy from a dealer with fresh stock.

 

My batteries had already died too.

Batteries are cheap.

Don't spend any extra money checking it out....

Just buy another new battery already.

Stock. Dealership. $60?

 

i want to go get it check first at dealer cos i don't think it should died this fast. 2 1/2yr? or alternator problem? does dealer gonna say something if i have CAI? want to know b 4 i get it checked
