HELP! My baby jerks into 2nd!

What do I do? Stepping on the gas anymore than granny style makes my cl-s jerk into 2nd, but only into 2nd. Going into the dealer for service, anything I should tell them?

Is your car engine cold? Read the warranty extented info that acura sent you. Until the engine warms up, the tranny will always shift harder. Also "jerking" can be subjective...is it jerking comming out of first? or downshifting form 3rd?
