Im taking my car in to the dealer on monday for an oil change

and to fix my sun roof rattle... I have aquired almost 18,000

the last 15,000 mile inspection I didnt take it in.. I just changed

the oil myself. Is there anything else that I would need fixed

For the sunroof rattle, make sure they use the "space age" greese vs. this tape crap they stuck on the edge of the sunroof, it looks like crap.

Do you know which oil you are using?

Also, there is a TSB for replacing the wiper blades, resevoir & lines.

Good luck...

The noise reduction tape didn't work for me and when them put it on, the tape stuck out past the sunroof. It looked very hokey. The greese is some kind of silicone based (I think?).

If you do a search, I think acura_service knew what the greese was.

My sunroof squeaks when the moon roof part is opened and the glass is still closed. It is like a rubber squeak, not a rattle. There is a service bulletin on this. Does anyone know what they do to correct this. I do not what them to screw it up. I can live with it if I have to.

Thanks. That is why I stated that it was a squeak and not a rattle. Just in case we were talking about 2 different things.

As far as the wiper TSB...

If you don't have a problem, don't go into the dealer expecting them to fix something that isn't broken. If you notice something strange about your wipers then you can ask about it. This particular problem is not very common. I believe it was only on the very early models.

Can anyone who has had the wiper problem tell us the production date of your car.

Just my 2 cents.
