I've got a clicking sound coming from the back interior. I've checked everything I can think of, and can't find the source. I think it's possible that a little piece of the Bose emblem fell into the speaker. How can I take the top grill off? Any other suggestions will be appreciated- it's driving me nuts! -Rob

I think you have to remove the top deck to get access to the rear speakers.

Those speakers have a fabric cover over them under the speaker grill so I don't see how something could fall into them.

If you wanted to double-check, you don't need to remove the rear deck for this. There are two screws holding each top cover on. Access them from the trunk. They're right behind the speakers (closer to the seat side) in little holes in the metal frame. You'll need a flashlight to find them. Remove the screws, get back inside the car, slide the covers forward and then lift them off.

See if somebody can ride in the back seat while you drive around to pinpoint the noise.
