Have any of you delt with this company? I placed an order with them over 2 weeks ago through a local shop and we have not been able to get any kind of response from them. They are located in Florida. When you call their PH# you get a recording that says leave a messsage and then the message box is full. The shop and I have e-mailed several times and neather of us has gotten a response. There e-mail is weborder@massivemotors.com. They are like the guy that sells porkchops for a dollor a pound....when he's out of them. Grate prices but no product. Any help would be apprieciated.

had a transaction with those guys.. I ordered (via ebay) a strut bar for my CLS which did not fit. I sold it for an Accord guy.

After so many contacts, a "new" service manager replied and offered a $30 credits for my trouble. he sent me some Free light bulbs which are not DOT approved. Their service sucks, but you get a good deal if they have the product!.
