Help installing headers

Hey guys, I am planning on buying xspower/ ssauto headers in 2 weeks and i was wondering if there was anyone here in the Milwaukee, WI area that would be able to help me put them on. I have basic, as in very basic tools, a torque wrench set, screw drivers and pliers. All that i used to put on the AEM intake. I just wanted to check here for a fellow a-ziner for help before i go to a shop. Thanks!

Sorry can't help.

Just wondering how you plan on buying the headers cause they are out of stock. They said it would be 60 to 90 days before they get more. I think they are getting them made by someone else know.

You will likely need a torch or air to get the cat bolts off.
If I were you I'd pay a shop. It's no where as easy as an intake.

As far as being in stock, i thought ssauto had still had them in stock. and for the cat bolts, i read that using pb spray on the bolts help. maybe im just being optimistic and cheap.

Nope, they are out.

If the bolts are that bad you could try and cut them.

PB now has another product that freezes the bolts first, causing small cracks in the rust to break the bolts free. I'd give that a try too if normal PBBlaster doesn't work.

Hmm I did not have a problem with my cat bolts. Granted my car only has 50k. Used a half inch ratchet and a little muscle. Although I can say they are the same Now try to break loose a crankshaft nut..THAT shit sucks.
