Massive Motor Sports

I need some help. I have had an order for some headers to these guys that is 37 days old. I have tried to contact them repeatedly for a month now. They have acknowaged my order and charged the credit card but I can't get a ship date or tracking # from them.
Are you close to them ? They are located in Fort Myers, Fla. I would like to be able to reach out and touch them if you know what I mean. Any help would be appreciated. There ph is 239-466-8163. massivemotorsports.com If you know someone close let me know.

Contact Massive Motor Sports first and let them know that your going to contact the Better Business Bureau. They will hopefully give you some info because no1 wants bad info on there Business Report...

 

They have really bad CS. Really really bad. Most likely they are on back order & giving you BS about it. Took over a month to get a set of pedels from them. They are located in FT Myers, but they ship out of another state. I'd just cancel the charge on the card, & be done with it.

 

Thanks for your help guys. I just hate to start over and anyway people should honor there commitments. Tony Saprano would know how to deal with these people. You got his number?
