Help finding lightweight rims please...........
I'm hoping that some of you can give me recommendations for rims.................the goal is more for performance than looks. I'd like to get some lightweights that still fit the look of the CL-S, nothing radical. What size is best? I plan on putting on the Comptech blower next season and possibly some suspension upgrades. Please shoot off any ideas you have for tire/rims combos for max performance. I'm aiming for greatest launching as well as corning ability. I'd appreciate any input or ideas

Where is my super sauce?
Do a search -- this is a commonly asked question.
For lightweight, strong, and something that won't blow your budget look towards SSR GT1s or Comps. The Comps seem to be the lightest, stongest, cheapest quality rims around.
There are a number of other good brands (Rays, comes to mind) but for quality they get pretty pricey.
Lot's of choices in good tires if you go to 235/45-17.
For performance, I'd stay with a 17" rim in either 7.5" or 8" wide to support the 235 series tire.
Check out pictures of lou's (ex) car for both GT1 and Comp set-up.
TireRack sells SSR for good prices.

These are not low quality rims, but high quality rims at a reasonable price.

bro Im selling my silver SSR Comps with Micheling pilot sport A/S 235/45 ZR17
the wheel is made in japan and weighs 14 lbs. each and I verified it with my bathroom scale
I have the wheels with the tires mounted wheel lugs and locks with SSR valve stem and the stickers that say SSR Competition that I havent put on yet.
Im asking $1500 plus shipping and if its too much we can work it out.
wheels will be cleaned and pics are coming shortly
I dont need them I have a Benz

i can vouche for Lou as well...Lou sold me his barely used SSR GT1's 17x7.5 alone (no tires) for $900 (Retails for $1200 NOT including shipping)...rims came freshly washed with minimal wear, all i had to do was Zaino the fuk outta 'em
now i got my Pirelli PZero Nero 235/45/17's mounted on the GT1's with no rubbing problems whatsoever and feel VERY satisfied...the weight reduction makes a noticeable difference
and the Pilot Sport A/S's r great all-season tires
