HELP-Brake Pedal Moves from Side to Side!!

Hi Guys - got my type S in August and several weeks ago I noticed the brake pedal moves very slightly sideways back and forth if I move my foot from side to side!!!! It is working fine and only noticable when I am on the brake while turning because it slides slightly to the side and back. Should I take it in now or wait another 2000 miles for the oil change?? Anyone else had this??

My pedal does this. It only moves about 1/2 an inch to an inch total though. I'm taking it in soon for oil change and hopefully it will be addressed along with my dashboard rattle!!

My pedal movement is like yours - moves only about 1/2 inch or so. How long has yours been doing this?? I noticed mine a few weeks ago but the brake seems to be working fine otherwise. But as the first response to my post suggested - maybe I better take it in.

I noticed it about 2 months after I got my car. I was freaked out at first but unless I rest my foot on the pedal it doesn't move much during normal braking. I've kinda forgotten about the problem over the last 3 months but I'm due for my first oil change so I guess I'll get it looked at.

My experience is exactly like yours - started about 2 mos. after I got the car and I too was freaked when it first happened!! And like you, unless I rest my foot on the pedal (or try to move it back and forth) I can't feel it at all unless I brake while making a sharp turn - but even then I don't really notice it. I too thought I'd wait for the oil change but at my rate of driving that won't be for another 2 months or so and I'll be into winter.
